Storage:

Thisproductisshippedatambienttemperature.Afterarrivalstore,dividedintosmallaliquots,frozenatorbelow-20°C.Aftercarefulmixingbyinversion,allowtostandatambienttemperaturefor5-10minutestoreachequilibrium.Thereconstitutedmilkshouldpreferablybealiquotedandstoredfrozenat-20ºC.Workingdilutionsmaybepreparedbyaddingtherequiredamountofphosphatebufferedsaline(PBS,pH7.2)optionallycontaining0.05%Tweenand1%(w/v)bovineserumalbumin,shouldnotberefrozenandpreferablyusedwithin24hours.Repeatedthawingandfreezingshouldbeavoided.Ifaslightprecipitationoccursuponstorage,thisshouldberemovedbycentrifugationandwillnotaffecttheperformanceoftheproduct.
